Natalie: “Why I Started This Blog”

I know from personal experience how hard it can be to lose weight successfully and to keep it off, and I was hearing from more and more people who wanted to join my weight loss classes (after being referred by existing members due to their success), but they had been full for quite sometime and it really pained me to turn people away.

So the reason I started this blog was to ensure anyone anywhere could get the information & support they needed and at anytime of the day or night! The Tips & advice have been designed to empower men and women alike of any age to lose weight in a positive manner, using tried & tested techniques that support them to enjoy life throughout the weight loss process, and that fits into their lives easily, it’s also FREE to register!

I originally got the idea for my local weight loss classes a few years back, as my friends and I would meet regularly and moan about the weight we had put on, taken off and inevitably put back on again. I simply got fed up of going round in circles! Everyday I would experience the same feeling of dread when I would walk past a mirror and hatred when I saw my reflection. I decided enough was enough and I had to make a change!

Everyone will have their own pivotal moments, after mine I researched weight loss techniques for months and months and months, I tried and tested many different methods and found out what worked and what didn’t, I studied diet, nutrition & exercise and put a plan together called: Weight Loss For Life.

I wouldn´t want anyone else to feel the same way I used to, and losing weight is all about planning, preparing and being honest with yourself, but if you are not aware of how to do it properly, then it can be very trying & stressful to say the least!

You will find that once you follow the tips, advice and valuable information, you will lose weight but most importantly you will gain self confidence and more control in all areas of your life. I will post  exactly the same processes, structure and guidelines that I used to lose over 132lbs and that I teach in my local classes where everybody has lost significant amounts of weight and without going on a diet!

My approach to weight loss is simple:

 Dieting is a temporary fix for a life long issue, but making small yet specific changes to your existing diet is a permanent solution for a life long issue!!
